Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident in our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to experience their benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return the items within 60 days for a refund. Please note: shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your product is damaged (defective or physically broken) upon arrival, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@kovaria.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note: damage to packaging alone does not qualify as a damaged product. Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, delays outside of our control—such as courier issues or customs—may occur. For any delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
